Moving On

i firmly believe that the mental ‘oomph’ used to make a decision is proportional to the veolocity at which that final plan comes together.  and, so, with a lightening fast amble, we are leaving northern virginia.

it’s been a crazy 8 years already, since my family indulged me for the umpteenth time and hauled my personal effects to Manassas.

anyway, we’re moving to a cape cod, on a cul-de-sac, in a development, in the country…so i guess we’re going to be surbumpkinites.

it’s all about simon…and his big wheel.

Chompers for the Champ

Our little tiger cut two bottom teeth over the Thanksgiving holiday.  He had been drooling a little bit and chomping on his fists, but I thought it was early as he’s only 4 months old.  But, alas, my little man is growing up and there’s not much to be done about it.

He entertains us with his ‘opera stories.’  These marvelous tales really show off his vocal range.  When he hits those pre-supersonic levels, his vocal confidence really bolsters and he turns his volume up to about a 12 for good measure.  The true irony would be if he turns out with lusty purr like Barry White.
